The company plans to expand its email marketing effort for the upcoming holiday season with an expanded suite of email products including automated appointment reminder emails and post-service customer satisfaction surveys. The company also plans to swap its existing in-house appointment confirmation email engine with ExactTarget later this year and expand its social media marketing efforts via Twitter and Facebook.
